Brazil Sul de Minas - The rainy season in the southwest of the state of Sul de Minas ensures that coffee only blooms once a year. This favours a uniform ripening process and results in positive circumstances for the further processing of this Arabica. The only slightly pronounced acidity and medium fullness present themselves to the palate as `clean`. Because of its dark roast this coffee is very rich and `bred`, with a very mild character and a slightly sweet aroma.
