In this blend (Blend) is all my experience as a gourmet roaster! The 5 gourmet varieties from Guatemala, Peru, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and India (all highland Arabicas!) are roasted separately to get the best flavours. Only then are the individual coffee beans carefully mixed. When composing this exquisite mixture, I took care to add the specific character of the individual origins to the extent that they best serve the mixture. The result is an assemblage characterized by a perfect balance of fine, pleasant acidity and sweetness. The full, intense aroma has a slightly nutty taste with hints of cocoa and a hint of fruitiness.
