CALABRIA The toughest mafiosi gets soft. This espresso is not for "capsule coffee drinkers"; they would be shocked at how rich and aromatic a true espresso can be. The mixture consists to 50% of a secret Robusta and the other 50% of different fine Arabicas from predominantly Asian cultivation area. As with all blends of pure coffee, the varieties are roasted slowly and at low temperature to perfection before being mixed together.
