PAPUA FOREST Premium Arabica, Papua New Guinea, washed Most of the coffee comes from small indigenous farms, so-called clans, some of which are so deep in the primeval forests that they are hardly accessible. The Coffee Industry Corporation of Papua New Guinea has been trying since 1991 with great effort to enforce fixed quality standards, which is not an easy undertaking, since there are about 850 languages (not dialects!) spread in this country! Therefore, notes are distributed throughout the country on which the quality standards are not described, but drawn, similar to the comics known to us. PAPUA FOREST is of excellent quality. Originally the variety comes from the Blue Mountains in Jamaica, which can be recognized by its wonderful, complex and fruity aroma and its noble acidity. But there is also an almost mystical and complex depth that connects him unmistakably with Papua New Guinea. If you don't have time to explore this country on an adventure trip, I recommend that you get at least a part of it into your coffee cup!
