The focus is not on quantity, but on quality, because in "picking" the coffee cherries are picked individually from the trees after a perfect degree of ripeness, which is the basic requirement for a cultivated coffee. With SAMBA DO BRASIL you can feel this care in every single cup. It comes from the area south of Minas Gerais and impresses with its balanced, fine taste with a light note of milk chocolate and little acidity. One cannot blame the Brazilians for not exporting a good part of this premium coffee, but consuming it themselves.
