The Three M Espresso is a blend of 80% Arbica and 20% Robusta. Due to the dark roasting depth, the coffee has a spicy chocolate taste and very little acidity. As Arabica bean we selected a very special Brazilian coffee from the Fazenda Sao Silvestre plantation, as well as an India Monsooned Robusta AA. When used in fully automatic machines, care should be taken to ensure that the grinding degree is not set too finely.
