For the House Blend Espresso we selected beans from plantations in Brazil, Haiti, Honduras, Ethiopia and India and mixed them in a ratio of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. The interplay of spicy, powerful Robusta and the floral, fruity aromas of Arabica are the basis for a versatile espresso with a velvety, soft, hazelnut-brown crema. Whether you prepare your coffee in a fully automatic machine, hand strainer holder or stove pot, drink it as a simple espresso, cafè cream or latte macchiato, the full-bodied chocolaty aroma and the light citrus note will come into their own.
