The Maragogype bean is a cross between Arabica and Liberica and is often called elephant or giant bean. Today this special variety is mainly cultivated in Mexico and Nicaragua. Our pure plantation coffee comes from the Chiapas region in the south of Mexico and is a naturally mild and very digestible coffee with full aroma.
