The roasting of MilleSoli Caffè: by interrupting the roasting process three times over an open flame, the beans cool down and can be roasted for longer than usual. Years of experience are the basis of this completely new concept, which allows the coffee beans to be roasted longer. This makes this Italian espresso particularly mild.
