While the Caffè Crema was designed for the fully automatic machine, it is of course also ideal for many other types of preparation. A Caffè Crema with the best aroma succeeds shortly before the preparation freshly ground! For a Caffè Crema, four times as much water as for an espresso is pressed through the coffee powder. The high pressure increases the aroma and promotes the formation of a beautiful crema. The fine bubbles of the crema not only bundle the aromas, they also prevent the coffee from cooling down too quickly. By the way: For the preparation of a Caffè Crema, the grinding degree should be rather fine, but coarser than for the whole beans of the espresso.
