A plantation coffee from southern Ethiopia (Guji Zone) grows biologically at an altitude of almost 2,000 meters in the middle of the rainforest. Only the leaves that fall from the jungle trees are fertilizers (there is no more biological way). It is characterized by a slightly fruity acidity. Its aroma is reminiscent of bergamot. Sidamo is one of the most aromatic coffees in the world. Roast master Rehorik was on the plantation in 2011 and is enthusiastic about this coffee.
