Sidemo, from the cradle of coffee cultivation. Organic. Dark roast, yet with a floral note, a hint of lavender. Pleasant, very light fruity acidity. A mature top coffee for intensive, round tongue pleasure. The noble mocha is one of our two strongest coffees. Thanks to its long roasting process, however, it still has little acidity.
