It grows in largely untouched forests of the Ethiopian highlands (1,800 - 2,600 m), which offer excellent growing conditions. 98% of Ethiopian coffee is grown by small farmers and cultivated with great care. It has a strong body, fine acids and aromas of black tea and chocolate.
