The Fazenda Rainha in the highlands of Mogiana, Brazil, has been family-owned since 1890 and is managed with great commitment and care. It specialises in the cultivation of the Arabica variety "Yellow Bourbon", known for its special quality. The plantation is regularly among the finalists in the "Cup of Excellence" competitions. The coffee receives a pleasant (chocolaty) sweetness through the special preparation process, during which the pulp is left on the beans during the drying process. It has a low acidity, a pleasant fullness and fine nutty flavours.
