This very fruity and partly berry espresso has a good acidity, although one cannot speak of'sour' here. The berry nuances range from pronounced currants to subtle forest berries and, depending on the preparation temperature, with a slight aftertaste of marzipan. It has a soft mouthfeel and a medium body. The red fusion is not roasted too dark to preserve the special characteristics of the individual varieties and to avoid heavy roasting aromas as far as possible.
