Genuine mocha is one of the world's best coffees, named after the port in Yemen from which it was shipped in the past centuries. Real mocha beans are slightly smaller and longer than most coffee beans. The best mocha traditionally comes from organic farming in Yemen and Ethiopia. Our mocha comes from Yirgacheffe, one of the best areas of the idyllic Sidamo region in Ethiopia. It has a fine body and vinous acidity, combined with an indescribably fruity complexity and a wonderful scent of flowers.
