Real mokha is one of the best coffees in the world, named after the port in Yemen from which it was shipped in the past centuries. Real mocha beans are slightly smaller and longer than most coffee beans. The best mocha traditionally comes from organic farming in Yemen and Ethiopia. Genuine Yemeni mocha has an intense scent of cinnamon, wood, spices and blueberries. It develops good fullness and much fruity acidity with vinous, berry aromas and hints of fragrant jasmine.
