Our'Viennese roast' is today a rather rare speciality mixture, which according to our information was very popular in Vienna in the 19th century. We mix our very dark roasted'French Roast' with intensively but carefully roasted'Grand Cru Coffees' from Latin America and Indonesia, which harmonize with the smoky notes of dark roasted beans. By mixing different degrees of roasting, a harmonious and balanced coffee blend with a lot of fullness, complexity and depth is created.
