This speciality coffee comes from the state of Minas Gerais and grows on very nutritious soils at altitudes between 950 and 1200 metres. The cultivation area'Sul de Minas' is one of the best in the country. Due to the special and careful selection process, this coffee yields only small quantities, so it is often sold out quickly and is only intended for a few quality roasters. The beans are unwashed and sun-dried. It captivates with its naturally mild aroma, its sweet softness and a chocolate-caramel finish.
