The coffee grows at an altitude of 1200-1500m (strictly hard bean) and is a layer coffee of a special kind. Cup: Full body, fine acidity, nice round aromas of chocolate and nut. Marketing: Individually via Dethlev Cordts. Even without certificates, small-scale farming is environmentally friendly, sustainable and considerably more socially acceptable.
